The Nurse Life Care Planner (LCP) will meet with you, your family and health care providers to determine your current and future medical care needs. In collaboration with your health care providers the plan is created and forwarded to your attorney. Your attorney will then have an economist calculate present day value for your future medical care needs. The Life Care Planner maintains a professional relationship with you, your medical provider(s) and any others involved in the medical care process. She will locate local resources and develop the treatment plan which will include but not limited to Physician visits, procedures, hospitalizations, surgeries, therapies, diagnostic testing, medications, medical supplies, durable medical equipment, home care, facility care, transportation, case management, vocational plan, architectural renovations and potential complications.
The Medical Case Manager will help you reach the best possible recovery from an injury or illness. The Case Manager acts as your advocate, educating and guiding you thru the complex medical care system. Case Managers maintains a professional relationship with you, your employer, your medical provider(s) and any others involved in the medical care process. She will discuss medical services and treatment, recommended by your healthcare provider with you and coordinate your treatment.

We organize medical records in chronological order, review and analyze data to delineate facts and determine case merit. A nurse's perspective assist in identifying critical gaps, reporting omissions and deviations from standard of practice. Our professionals then consult with the referring attorney to discuss case element and assist with appropriate course of action.
