Delia has more than 23 years of experience in healthcare. She is the founder and President of Rehabilitation Nurse Consultants, Inc. She earned a Bachelor’s in nursing from California State University, Los Angeles.Delia’s clinical experience includes rehabilitation of catastrophic injuries including ventilator dependent, spinal cord injuries, burns, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, multi-trauma, chronic pain and illnesses. She obtained her rehabilitation experience at Rancho Los Amigos in Downey, CA. Delia is native Spanish speaking and knowledgeable of the diverse culture of the Hispanic population.
As a Catastrophic Case Manager, Life Care Planner and Legal Nurse Consultant, Delia has worked with multiple private and public health care insurers, attorneys both defense and applicant. Through her work as a board certified case manager and certified rehabilitation registered nurse, Delia manages the medical care and treatment of catastrophically injured workers and is associated with Paradigm Outcomes Rehabilitation Team, which sets the gold standard for catastrophic management. She works directly with injured workers, their family members and providers to facilitate medical rehabilitation to promote the injured worker’s optimal wellness, function, independence and improve quality of life.

Catastrophic Nurse Case Manager
Kathleen has more than 40 years of experience in healthcare. She earned a undergrad degree in nursing from Moorpark College and then went on to earn her grad degree from University of Phoenix. Kathleen’s clinical experience includes emergency care while serving in USAF, Medical/Surgical, ICU, CCU, Pediatrics, Oncology and Psychiatric Nursing. In addition, Kathleen worked as Clinical Manager for home health agencies for 8 years providing skilled nursing care including a large population of ventilator dependent clients.
As a case manager for over 20 years, Kathleen provided in-patient case management for 5 years at Los Robles Hospital and 12 years for insurance companies providing care to catastrophic worker’s compensation and personal injury cases.
Through her work as a Board-Certified Case Manager, Kathleen manages the medical care and treatment of catastrophically injured workers. She collaborates with employers and insurance carriers to facilitate medical rehabilitation, enhanced function and improved quality of life. She is associated with Paradigm Outcomes Rehabilitation Team, which sets the gold standard for catastrophic management. She works directly with injured workers, their family members and providers to facilitate medical rehabilitation to promote the injured worker’s optimal wellness, function, independence and improve their quality of life.
