Delia Morales-Franken

BSN, PHN, RN, CCM, CRRN

President/CEO

Delia has more than 23 years of experience in healthcare. She is the founder and President of Rehabilitation Nurse Consultants, Inc. She earned a Bachelor’s in nursing from California State University, Los Angeles.Delia’s clinical experience includes rehabilitation of catastrophic injuries including ventilator dependent, spinal cord injuries, burns, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, multi-trauma, chronic pain and illnesses. She obtained her rehabilitation experience at Rancho Los Amigos in Downey, CA. Delia is native Spanish speaking and knowledgeable of the diverse culture of the Hispanic population.

As a Catastrophic Case Manager, Life Care Planner and Legal Nurse Consultant, Delia has worked with multiple private and public health care insurers, attorneys both defense and applicant. Through her work as a board certified case manager and certified rehabilitation registered nurse, Delia manages the medical care and treatment of catastrophically injured workers and is associated with Paradigm Outcomes Rehabilitation Team, which sets the gold standard for catastrophic management. She works directly with injured workers, their family members and providers to facilitate medical rehabilitation to promote the injured worker’s optimal wellness, function, independence and improve quality of life.

Delia covers south Los Angeles county, Orange County, and Inland Empire.

Mary Lynn RN, CCM

Director of Clinical Services

Medical Case Manager

Mary has 38 years of experience in healthcare with extensive experience as a Certified Case Manager. Her experience includes intensive care unit, medical-surgical nursing, renal dialysis, acute rehabilitation, employee health, preventative health and workers compensation.

Mary earned her nursing degree at Iowa Western and has been a Board-Certified Case Manager for the past 23 years. Mary has worked with Self Insured Hospitals and large and small Insurance Carriers in both field and telephonic case management. She has a keen awareness of the mind- body connection.

As Director of Clinical Services, Mary coordinates and assigns referrals to the most appropriate case manager depending on the level of care needed. She supervises our case managers to ensure proactive case management, quality cost effective care, and provides ongoing education and training to our case managers. Mary maybe soft-spoken but a fierce advocate and leader.

Mary covers Valencia, Pasadena, Burbank, San Fernando Valley. Woodland Hills and north Los Angeles county.

Nancy Barrett RN-BC, CCM

Director of Case Management

Medical Case Manager

Nancy has nearly 40 years of experience in healthcare with 20 years of experience as a Certified Case Manager. She earned a Diploma in Nursing from St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri. She is certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing by the ANCC and is a Board-CertifiedCase Manager.

Nancy’s clinical experienceincludes neurosurgical, general medical-surgical, orthopedic, eye, ENT, rehabilitation, plastic reconstructive surgery, acute pediatric and adolescent, employee health, student health and acute industrial family medicine.

As a case manager for 20 years, Nancy has worked with large and small insurance companies providing both telephonic and field medical case management. Nancy is highly experienced in worker’s compensation. Nancy is associated with Paradigm Outcomes Rehabilitation Team, which sets the gold standard for catastrophic management.

As Director of Case Management, Nancy recruits and trains new staff and is enthusiastic and a perfectionist. She has high expectations and makes sure that our staff are trained to exceed industry standards. She works closely with our customers to ensure their specific needs are met and provides ongoing training for to our staff to meet the changing demands of healthcare industry. She has over 16 years of clinical, supervision and management experience.

Nancy covers the Inland Empire in southern California.

Kathleen Quinn RN, BSN, CCM

Catastrophic Nurse Case Manager

Kathleen has more than 40 years of experience in healthcare. She earned a undergrad degree in nursing from Moorpark College and then went on to earn her grad degree from University of Phoenix. Kathleen’s clinical experience includes emergency care while serving in USAF, Medical/Surgical, ICU, CCU, Pediatrics, Oncology and Psychiatric Nursing. In addition, Kathleen worked as Clinical Manager for home health agencies for 8 years providing skilled nursing care including a large population of ventilator dependent clients.

As a case manager for over 20 years, Kathleen provided in-patient case management for 5 years at Los Robles Hospital and 12 years for insurance companies providing care to catastrophic worker’s compensation and personal injury cases.

Through her work as a Board-Certified Case Manager, Kathleen manages the medical care and treatment of catastrophically injured workers. She collaborates with employers and insurance carriers to facilitate medical rehabilitation, enhanced function and improved quality of life. She is associated with Paradigm Outcomes Rehabilitation Team, which sets the gold standard for catastrophic management. She works directly with injured workers, their family members and providers to facilitate medical rehabilitation to promote the injured worker’s optimal wellness, function, independence and improve their quality of life.

Kathleen covers Ventura County, Carpenteria, Santa Barbara, Malibu, and San Fernando Valley.

NORA HOPELIAN

Medical Case Manager

Nora Hopelian is Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with over 30 years of experience in Nursing. She earned her Nursing Diploma from CMC College of Nursing from Beirut, Lebanon and has a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management.

Nora has worked as a nurse practitioner, has worked in multiple healthcare setting including acute inpatient rehabilitation, large and small case management companies providing both telephonic and field, large insurance companies and highly experienced in worker’s compensation. She has extensive experience in Utilization Review and was an auditor, has traveled the world and worked overseas in TB clinic, maternal child health care, home health and been an educator in Arabic Language overseas.

As a Board-Certified Case Manager , Nora manages the medical care and treatment of injured individuals to optimize wellness, function, independence and improve quality of life. She is fluent in Arabic and Armenian.

Nora covers the Central Valley in California.
